Our refund promise
If the book did not work for you, you can ask for your money back within 14 days of buying it.
How to ask
- Write to hello@planoaviation.com from the email address you used to buy the book, or tell us that address.
- Tell us the book did not work for you. A short note is enough.
- We send the refund through Gumroad, back to the card or account you paid with. How fast it shows up depends on your bank or card company.
Who handles it
Gumroad took your payment, so the money goes back through Gumroad. We look at each request ourselves and answer you by email.
If the file will not open, or the 3D extras do not work
Write to us. We’ll help, and if we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you.
